What Is Fox Nation?
Fox Nation is a streaming service from Fox News Media. It is not the same as Fox News itself. The service holds more than 10,000 hours of original shows, documentaries, faith programming, history content, true crime series, and lifestyle shows. It also features personalities from Fox News in exclusive series you cannot watch on cable.
A Fox Nation subscription does not include a live news feed. If you want to watch Fox News live without cable, you need a separate product called FOX One. Many buyers confuse the two, so check which one fits your needs before you pay.
Fox Nation Subscription Cost: What You Will Pay
The Fox Nation subscription cost depends on the plan you pick and where you buy it. Here is the current breakdown from official pricing:
| Plan | Price | Billed Through | What You Get |
| Standard monthly | $8.99 / month | Fox directly | Full on-demand library, no live news |
| Standard annual | $71.49 / year (~$5.99/mo) | Fox directly | Full on-demand library, no live news |
| Prime Video Channel | $8.99/mo or $71.88/yr | Amazon | Same library, billed with Prime account |
| FOX One + Fox Nation bundle | $24.99 / month | Fox directly | Live Fox News plus the full Fox Nation library |
Paying month to month for a full year costs $107.88. The annual plan saves roughly $36 over that same period, which is about a 34 percent discount. If you plan to keep the service for eight months or longer, the annual option is the better deal.
Watch for seasonal discounts too. Fox Nation has run promotional annual pricing during Veterans Day weekend and the Black Friday to Cyber Monday window in past years. These deals can drop the effective monthly cost well below the standard rate, though availability changes each year. Always confirm current pricing on the official signup page before entering payment details, since third-party sites sometimes show outdated numbers.
Fox Nation Base Plan Subscription vs. the Bundle
A Fox Nation base plan subscription gives you the full on-demand library at the lowest price point. This is the standalone plan billed at $8.99 a month or $71.49 a year, without live news access.
If you already pay for a base plan subscription directly through Fox and later decide to add the FOX One bundle, cancel the standalone plan first. The bundle already includes full access to Fox Nation, so keeping both means paying twice for the same content. Fox places the responsibility on subscribers to catch and cancel duplicate charges, so check your billing history before you upgrade.
The base plan works well for viewers who mainly want documentaries, original series, and replays of select Fox News shows. Choose the bundle only if live news coverage matters to you day to day.
How to Sign Up for a Fox Nation Subscription on Windows or Mac
Setting up a Fox Nation subscription on a computer takes only a few steps.
Step 1: Go to official Fox Nation website: Open your browser and go to the official sign-up page. Avoid third-party sites that promise discount codes, as they can often be scammed.
Step 2: Click on Sign Up: By entering your genuine email address create a strong password.
Step 3: Pick Your plan: Select the month or year option and look for any of the trial offers shown on the screen.
Step 4: Enter payment information: Add your proper card details to complete the order.
Step 5: Tap on confirm and start watching: Once the payment is done, you can immediately start streaming on your browser or download the app for easy use later.
How to Sign Up on Roku, Android, and iPhone
On Roku: Find Fox Nation in the Roku Channel Store, add channel and then select ‘Sign In’ or ‘Sign Up’. Choose your plan, enter payment details, and start streaming. Billing through Roku Pay works differently from billing direct through Fox, so check which method your account uses before you cancel later.
On Android: Get the app through the Google Play Store, never an outside file. Search for Fox Nation, confirm it is the official app, and tap Install. Open it, click on Sign Up, select a plan and enter payment details.
On iPhone or iPad: Open the Apple App Store, search Fox Nation and make sure that this is the verified app of Fox News Network. Click on ‘Get’ and then ‘Sign Up’. Pick your plan and complete the payment with your Apple ID or the Save card.
Fox Nation Subscription on Amazon Prime Video
Fox Nation launched on Prime Video in February 2026, giving Amazon users another way to subscribe. This is not included with a regular Prime membership. It is a separate paid channel add-on at $8.99 per month or $71.88 per year, billed on top of your existing Prime account.
To add it, search for Fox Nation inside the Prime Video app, select the channel, and choose a plan. Amazon then bills you directly through your Prime account, which some users find easier to track alongside other channel subscriptions they already pay for.
How Fox Nation Compares to Other Streaming Services
Streaming costs add up fast once you count every app on your list. A peacock subscription now starts around $8.99 a month for the Select tier and climbs to $19.99 for the ad-free Premium Plus plan. A hulu subscription bundled with Disney+ and ESPN runs close to $30 a month for the ad-free version. A roku subscription through the Roku Channel offers select premium add-ons rather than one flat monthly fee, so pricing depends on what you choose to add. A Disney plus subscription on its own starts lower but rises quickly once you add ad-free viewing. An apple TV plus subscription costs about $13 a month with no ad-supported option at all. A netflix subscription now starts near $8 a month for the ad tier and reaches up to $25 for the premium plan. Against that backdrop, a base Fox Nation subscription at $8.99 a month sits near the low end, especially for viewers who want a smaller, focused library instead of a massive general catalog.
How to Manage Your Fox Nation Subscription
Once you join, you will want to know how to manage your account without calling support every time. Sign in on the website or app and look for your profile icon, usually in the top right corner. From there, select account settings.
Inside account settings, you can update your email address, change your password, and review your current plan. You can also check your billing history and update your payment method if your card changes or expires.
If you bought through a third party, such as Roku, Amazon, or Apple, go to that platform’s own subscription settings instead of the Fox Nation app. Billing and cancellation run through the store you used to buy it, not through Fox directly.
How to Cancel a Fox Nation Subscription
Canceling depends on where you originally signed up.
If you subscribed directly through Fox: Sign in, go to account settings, select subscription details, and choose cancel. Confirm the cancellation before you close the page.
If you subscribed through Roku: Sign in to your Roku account, go to Subscriptions, find Fox Nation under active subscriptions, and select turn off auto-renew. You keep access until the current billing cycle ends.
If you subscribed through Amazon Prime Video: Open Prime Video, go to Channels and Settings, find Fox Nation, and cancel from there.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store: Open Settings on your device, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose Fox Nation, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Deleting your Fox account does not cancel a paid subscription automatically. Cancel your plan first, since Fox will ask you to do so before it lets you delete the account entirely.
What If You Cannot Sign Up or Sign In?
A few common problems stop new and returning subscribers from getting in. Check your internet connection first, since a weak signal can stall signup partway through. Try a different browser or clear your cache, since old saved data sometimes blocks the payment page. Check your card information again, as payments often fail due to incorrect billing zip codes or expired cards. Enter payment information only on the verified Fox Nation website or official App Store listing. If the problem persists, contact Fox Nation’s help center or chat support.
